the staff was very helpful, especially with directions. i found the room to be clean, and i appreciated that it matched the pictures online. early check-in was available, very convenient after my flight from the international airport.

the bathroom lacked a proper exhaust fan , causing some humidity buildup.

the staff was lovely there.

the shower lacked a glass door, replaced by a short curtain, causing water to spill and make the bathroom floor slippery. the front desk said wet floors were normal and offered extra towels, but that only worsened the situation as the wet towels became smelly. this experience was not ideal for a hotel of this class.

The hotel's location was superb. i could easily walk to various downtown restaurants. the underground parking was convenient. I left my vehicle there for two nights. the pool and hot tub were amazing. the staff addressed my concerns quickly. i felt heard, and their helpfulness was something i appreciated.

the king bed was too soft for my liking. it sunk down quite a bit. i experienced some back discomfort in the morning.

the hotel is located near the free rail line. it made travel simple. the room had both a microwave and a refrigerator. i could store and prepare food in my room. there was also secure storage for my bicycle.

The room faced the tram line so the noise level was high. The tram operated all night and made sleep difficult.
